While checking my Myspace profile today I thought that whoever ran the seemingly official “Real World” Denver Myspace profile (formerly at www.myspace.com/realworlddenv) figured out who I was and kicked me off their list. You know, since I’m a “stalker” and all. Apparently not, as it seems the site has been taken down entirely.
– I’m going to take a wild guess that MTV got wind of it and had their lawyers threaten whoever runs it (J Fly Presents, perhaps?) They put on the unofficial launch party and other semi-related events using “The Real World” name.) Of course, there’s still the generic (and seemingly MTV-approved) “Real World” Myspace profile, but …yawn… who cares about old news?
