Is this “Real World” Denver cast member Alex Smith? (photo from ASU website)

– We found this pic of supposed “The Real World” Denver cast member Alex, the youngest of the group at 22 years old. Since we’ve had conflicting reports about the fourth male cast member (the other three include Steve, Davis and Ty) we’re not running with this one just yet, but check out the photo and let us know if we’re on the right track…

– Alex is rumored to be working at Rise Nightclub and attending Arizona State University, where he’s on the swim team. Anyone else have any pics of him?

– Speaking of Rise, reader “diamond” wrote in recently with this account of the cast and crew at that dance-friendly LoDo establishment on Friday night:

“Last night I went to Rise with a couple of friends, and the Real World Cast was there. They seemed like a pretty cool group of people. A little drunk, but they seemed pretty cool. It was pretty crazy being up in VIP with cameras all in your face, and them taping every single that or conversation that looked a little important between cast members and whoever else they were talking too. One of the cast members decided to pick me out as his for the night. He kept following me around, asking were I was from, trying to kiss me, he even kissed my feet.

I saw them taping a conversation between one of the cast mates and what seemed to be his boyfriend. They also taped when the cast came back in from the patio and conversed among each other about where to go next. It was kind of funny, because it seemed like one of the cast mates was too busy running from the camera and chasing me. He was really cool too. First I thought it was just him being all drunk, but he called today, and we talked for a little bit, and he’s a nice person.

It was just weird, they were all living normal lives, and now they know that once this airs, they will be noticed everywhere they go. So, in a way, it kind of seems like they were trying to see what cast member was going to ‘out shine’ all the rest in hopes to be a ‘real world all star.’ and for some reason I think Steve’s gonna have everybody beat. He seems like a real character, funny, wild, and crazy, but still seems like a sweetie. I can just tell by the things he was saying and the way he was acting towards me last night.”

– “Diamond” isn’t the first reader to write in with positive experiences with the cast and crew. A good chunk of people have hung out with “The Real World” Denver cast and had a perfectly enjoyable time. Of course, “diamond” didn’t mention the release form she likely had to sign if her story was true.
