– It seems nearly every cast member of “The Real World” Denver has had a friend or two visit from out of town recently, if numerous reports from our faithful readers are to be believed. “All of the cast members I met had friends in from out of town,” said one person that hung out with them last weekend.

– It wouldn’t be surprising, since past seasons of “The Real World” have featured episodes where various cast members fly in their friends and significant others. Several people spotted cast member Davis picking up his boyfriend Peter, from Georgia, at Denver International Airport on June 28…

– Peter left Colorado a few days ago, based on a Myspace comment from his friend Stacy. Judging by the number of Denver-based friends on his Myspace profile, he had a great time.

– We’ve also had sightings galore of the cast at various places around LoDo, as they’ve taken to munching at the hip new breakfast spot Snooze (not far from their house at 1920 Market St.), visiting the strip club La Boheme and stopping by Pat’s Philly Steaks and Subs.

– There are also the usual places like LoDo’s, Rise (where Davis and his boyfriend reportedly made out in the Shadow Lounge), Mynt, Monarck and J.R.’s Bar and Grill. That last place, in fact, turned dangerous for the cast a few nights ago as someone hurled glasses at them from the balcony.

– Reader Brandon had this account:

“It was ten-ish or so when they showed up, walking up with the camera & lights was unmistakable. Had the pleasure of running into James & Brooke (what appears to be his fag-hag) in the bathroom looking very sexy. No cameras allowed in there.

They seem pretty chill, Brooke more fun and talkative than James. The group left at around midnight and while waiting for a cab, Ty was in a conversation with Stephen on the sidewalk right next to the patio area where I was sitting. Out of nowhere a cocktail glass comes flying down from the second balcony nailing the camera guy square in the dome (luckily, he had an afro to cushion the blow).

Stunned, he stumbled a little, put his camera down and ran inside to kick their @ss…Now that’s some “real world�? footage. I tried to convince one of the cast members to grab his camera and film the chase!…not five min. later a second glass comes shooting down nailing the concrete and shattering to pieces. Why the violence??! Is it jealousy? People need to stop harassing these guys, they’re just like us but with cameras in their faces all the time and don’t tell me you wouldn’t get a lil’ star-struck if you were on MTV. Lets put a positive spin on this. Don’t give gays in Denver a bad name!!”
