– Denver Post entertainment reporter Scott Lieber will again host a “Real World”-themed trivia round on Wednesday night for the good people at Geeks Who Drink, Denver’s premier Pub Quiz/drunken Irish pub onslaught…

– Apparently they liked our last appearance so much they decided to invite us back. Or they felt sorry for us. Either way, Scott will be at the Irish Rover pub at 54 S. Broadway on Wed., Aug. 2 at 8 p.m.. Bring you thinking cap, beer money and thirst for “Real World”-related knowledge. (I’ll be reviewing a concert that night, sadly.)

– Somewhat unrelated: Thanks to everyone that came to The Denver Post’s Underground Music Showcase this weekend, which rocked for almost 12 freakin’ hours. $10, 25 bands, all the best local bands in town. Hell yes. We’ll be posting some pics from that day on the UMS blog soon…

– I’ll also be on KBCO’s Morning Show with Bret Saunders tomorrow morning around 7 a.m. discussing HD Radio and other fun things I’ve written about recently in The Post.
