– By all accounts, “The Real World: Denver’s” Tyrie is the most charismatic cast member of the season, already generating buzz among the locals as someone that will have a real career after the show airs. As we told you in August, Tyrie was also working as a promoter at Denver clubs like Tabu and The Shelter for Kevin Kain Entertainment when he was in town, and he may be returning to Denver soon. – Now that MTV has announced the premiere of “The Real World: Denver,” the agreements preventing us from showing you our official pictures of the house (a.k.a. embargos) have been lifted. Of course, I never agreed to one since I’ve been following the production of the show since May, but some of The Denver Post’s photographers and reporters toured the house in September during media week and were able to snap photos and conduct interviews with cast members.

– The fruits of that labor, plus some intrepid reporting, can be seen right here in Julie Dunn’s comprehensive Denver Post article on the sale of the house at 1920 Market St. in LoDo. Looks like a holding company for Bunim/Murray Productions is trying to make a $600,000 profit on the property (which we reported last month). That’s a mighty chunk o’ cash for a cheesy, overblown TV set, don’t you think?

– After weeks of speculation and otherwise messing with our heads, MTV has finally announced the official premiere date for “The Real World: Denver” (we mean it this time) as Nov. 22nd. That’s right — it’s a Wednesday, not the normal Tuesdays we’re used to. The 28 episodes will run at 8 p.m. MST on MTV, with lots of bonus goodies and unprecedented new programming leading up to the big air date…

– Looks like “The Real World” Denver cast is pretty popular with the MTV brass already. As we previously told you, the next Real World/Road Rules Challenge, set in Cape Town, South Africa and named Inferno 3, will include Denver cast members Colie, Davis, Jenn and Tyrie. They will leave this week with a host of other MTV reality alumni to duke it out, according to our friend Michael Martin over at MM Agency (read our exclusive interview with him here).

– I won’t spend hours reproducing them here, but when MTV posted its cast bios and house pics of the “Real World” Denver season last week, it was an embarassment of riches for anyone following the filming and post-production of the show. Dozens of shots detail the interior of the house and the cast members posed with (among other things) skunks and fake ski lifts. Uh… okay. See for yourself right here.

– Maybe there’s a skunk subplot in this upcoming season, like when a cast member comes across one whilst camping, getting sprayed in the kisser? What a stretch that would be. The cast bios are pretty amusing too, obviously setting up the storylines for the upcoming season, including conflicts between the conservative black guy, the naive gay Southerner, the party girl(s), etc. Check out those and other photos right here.
