– Today’s edition of New Orleans’ Times-Picayune newspaper includes this article on “The Real World: Denver” cast member Colie, the self-professed sorority slut. Turns out Colie “happened upon a ‘Real World’ casting call on a shopping mall excursion during her evacuation semester.” You can also check out the page at MM Agency, which books the cast member’s public appearances, for more details…

– As anyone that’s been regularly reading this blog knows, Colie has generated a lot of back-and-forth insults and praise among our readers. People that were apparently wronged by her in the past (former classmates), people accusing her of being a cokehead, pseudo-racists impugning of her Jewish background — all kinds of blather. I could personally care less, but I do find it amusing that her supporters and detractors alike are so vehement. As MTV noted, she was one of the strongest personalities in the house over the summer.

– She sure comes off that way in this video, in which she wastes no time cussing out our intrepid cameraman. “Our reaction from locals was mixed,” Colie told the Times-Picayune. “There’s definitely half of them that would buy us shots at night and love us. The other half was like, ‘Real World’ sucks. Da-da-da-da. Not happy we were invading their city. We met with the actual mayor. He was really happy about it.â€?

– Yeah… probably because you didn’t immediately tell him to f**k off, huh?
