The Highland Haven Creekside Inn in Evergreen.
– As we first told you on March 2 and March 6, “The Real World: Denver” cast members planned to reunite in Colorado last weekend to film a wrap-up show for the season (slated to end May 16th). Of course, reruns, reunion shows and “Road Rules” challenges will continue to stuff the seven roommates down our throats, but it seems as if this 18th season is finally coming to an end.
– Local PR consultant Jane Carroll Andrade gave us this exclusive report: “… ‘The Real World’ just wrapped up its long stay in Colorado by taping its final interviews with the cast on Friday (3/16) at the Highland Haven Creekside Inn in Evergreen. The cast and crew fell in love with the historic inn along Bear Creek, where the beds are so luxurious and inviting the cast did a lot of sleeping between takes…”
“After finishing his segment at about 3 in the afternoon, cast member Davis crawled back into bed. Problem was, he had already checked out and his room and been cleaned for the next guests, who were arriving that afternoon. The accommodating Highland Haven staff quickly moved Davis to another room, where he continued his nap peacefully. That night, cast and crew enjoyed Evergreen’s other historic landmark, the Little Bear.
“Line producer Rich Novak loved the ‘fairytale setting’ of the Highland Haven (and) said none of the cast or crew wanted to leave after shooting. ‘We should have stayed,’ he wrote owner Gail Riley in an email, ‘as it took us 2 days to get home with the NE storm, we did the old planes, trains, and automobiles literally to get home…flight to Chicago, flight to Richmond!, then train to NYC!!! crazy…’”
– Jane Carroll Andrade finished by saying the wrap-up episode will air in about six (exact date TBD), after the series concludes. We’re thinking she probably meant six weeks, since the last episode will air on May 16.
– Apparently some of the cast had stayed over Thursday and Friday nights at the romantic B&B. It was after Friday’s interviews that the cast and crew went into Evergreen to party at the Little Bear. “I wonder if anyone threw a bra to the rafters?” the Denver Post’s gossip columnist Bill Husted wondered. He’ll have a piece on the visit in tomorrow paper, so be sure to check for that.

Six months? Or six weeks?

She said months, but I’ll double-check.
